Create your own characters and story-lines in this unique class. We will learn character development, expressions, body movement, story development and how to make detailed backgrounds (interiors and exteriors) using one point perspective. Students will create the start of a mini comic book by the end of class. All skill levels are welcome.

Creativity Camp

Students will be inspired by renowned fine artists (Frida Kahlo, David Hockney), illustrators (Maurice Sendak, Mary Blair), cartoonists (Charles Shulz), architect Frank Gehry, and designers (Eames) and more to create mixed media artworks. We will create handmade sketchbooks, pop up paper rooms, totebags, handmade toys, paintings, and mixed media artworks. Ages 7-12
